Activities Provided In Conjunction With Our Managed Service Partners Are Effective For The (adc) System Portfolio Related To European Instances Of The Libre Webshops Application Client Services Consultant (m/f) Responsibilities: Ensure Effective Systems Operation By Working With The Service Partners Business And It Organization To Monitor Incident Resolution Completion Of Service Requests Delivery Of Minor Enhancements (effort Conduct Regular Service Reviews Manage And Audit Service Provider Performance And Productivity Relative To Service Level Agreements Establish Metric/performance Reporting Related To And Aligned With B2c Applications Track Service Provider Performance And Ensure Viability Of Service Levels Provide Demand Management And Prioritization Of Work In Alignment With The Business And Service Provider Demand Response Monitor Supplier Compliance With Policies Procedures And Quality Requirements Work Closely With Internal It Organizations And Service Providers On Release Management For Enhancements (effort > 80 Hrs) As Operational Problems Occur Review Service Provider Recovery And Permanent Fix Plans Including Root Cause Analysis And Follow-up Actions Ensure An In-house Process Is Maintained For Handling Of High Severity And Stagnant Issues/events With Service Providers Develop And Distribute Written Communications To Service Providers Internal It Organizations And Business Stakeholders As Needed Review And Monitor Service Provider Problems Change Management Processes And Escalation Procedures And Take Corrective Action Manage Operational Change Management: Review Change Requests Facilitate Change Meetings Apply Change Approvals Administer Change Freezes Perform Change Management Reporting Measure Monitor And Manage Client Satisfaction And Provide Remediation In Conjunction With Service Provider Design And Administer Customer Surveys And Other Feedback Processes Ensure Service Provider Has Business Continuity/ Disaster Recovery Plans Participate In Testing Of Plans As Necessary And Monitor Results Of Business Continuity Testing Provide Counsel On The Definition And Execution Of The Service Provider´s Disaster Recovery Plan To Ensure Business Continuity Qualification: Bachelor´s Degree In The Field Of Computer Science Systems Engineering Or Equivalent 5 Or More Years Of It Project Delivery And Application Support Experience In The Delivery Of Support/managed Services Environment With A Focus On Commercial Applications Related To The B2c Business Model Knowledgeable And Experienced In Online Web Services Technology Architecture And Infrastructure And Understands The Relationship And Interactions Between The Various Technical Components (eg Amazon Web Services Magento Back-office Firewall Configuration And Application Payment Card Industry Standards And Architecture) Understands The B2c Business Model And Is Familiar With Support Activities Needed To Support Related Applications Experience In Managing It Service Providers/contractors And Running It Operations It Problem Determination (experience In Root Cause Analysis) And Problem Resolution Skills It Project Management Experience Proven Negotiation And Influencing Skills Strong Collaboration And Partnering Skills Process Skills An Understanding Of Process Costs Ability To Work With Service Provider To Ensure Effective Operations And
